If you would have asked me last year or even last month what wheatgrass was, I would not have a clue. This is because we usually don’t pay attention to new products unless someone introduces them to us, or we somehow find out we should include them in our diet.  When I went on my search to find foods that help prevent cancer, wheatgrass popped up.
