By now I’m pretty sure that you’ve worn a face mask and most likely by now you’ve experienced some of the discomforts with wearing one. - Essential oils work best on cloth masks
- Add 1-2 drops of your preferred essential oil (such as Calm, Focus or Frankincense) to the outside of your face mask using a cotton swab.
- Another option is to add a few drops of essential oil to a water mist bottle and then spray the mist on the outside of your face mask.
- It’s best not to put the essential oil on the inside of your face mask, but if you choose to do so, put it on the outside corner of your mask and dilute it first with a carrier oil like grape seed oil or olive oil if it will make direct contact with your skin.
