Hello, and welcome along to this blog post. So you’re here today because you want to know what you need to say to someone to get them to join your network marketing opportunity.
Well, I’m very sorry to tell you that I actually don’t have any magic words for you today. So sorry about that. But first of all, let me just quickly introduce myself to you. My name is John Botting, and I’ve been involved in network marketing for over 30 years now and since 2008 I have been online, recruiting people into my network marketing business. So I am someone who has a lot of experience in this area. And as I said to you, I’m afraid to tell you there are no magic words to get people to join your network marketing business.
But there are things that people are looking for and if you can display those things to people then you’re in a good position to sponsor more people.
So let me run through and briefly for you today as to what it is people are looking for, and how you can make yourself and your company more attractive to people for them to join you.
Okay, so first of all, the first thing that you want to be talking about is the you as the sponsor. What people are looking for is a good sponsor. So if you are going to be joining me in my network marketing business, then it would be me that would be your sponsor. So what you want to do is have a look around online at that person. Take a look to see if they are active. Are they active on YouTube? Are they active online? Are they active on Facebook? How successful are they? You can do a little bit of research on them and feel free to do that on me. There’ll be a link below for my Facebook profile so please check me out.
All my posts are public. So you can see everything that I do. I run a group where I train, Facebook strategies to people. I am active and out there promoting my opportunity. Not by spamming the company name everywhere, no, but by promoting what we do. And you can see that I am relatively successful at what I do. So that’s first thing you want to do, check out your sponsor.
So the second thing is, are they active? So having a look around, see if the person that you’re going to be joining is active.
And the third thing is, is there a team behind that person as well? And if so is it active team? So do a little bit of research around that as well. And again, I can tell you that I am part of a team and, if you click the link below, you will find a link to the team that I’m involved in which is called HB Vitality. We are a very active team, we offer training to all of our members. And we also have a team rotator where we’re supporting our team members by placing people into their teams for them. So that’s another positive that we have going for us in our team. So are is the team that you’re looking to join actively training their team members? And are they doing things like team rotators and helping you develop your downline?
Another point you need to look for is, is there a an easy system in place that you can follow step by step?
Most people don’t know what they’re doing, when it comes to recruiting people and sponsoring people into their business. So does the team that you’re going to be joining have a system in place that you can follow? HP Vitality have our own landing pages and website. We have team training within our private Facebook group and we have a strategy that we’re following. All you need to do is you need to follow the team training, follow the strategy. And you’ll be able to have success like other team members are enjoying.
So does the team you are looking to join have team training? Do they have a strategy in place that will support you to develop your business?
Then is there a company behind that team that is a solid company, that has a track history in place and has been going for over five years. Is it debt free? So look at the company, behind the team.
