I love network marketing. I have seen how an average person like myself can become a millionaire without a college degree. I don’t know many companies that’ll train you to do this. Now, if you have been in network marketing, then you know that you have to be self-motivated, driven, and ambitious to succeed. You have to want to grow your business. Is the compensation plan fair?
There are so many network marketing companies out there and when I say that I have had my share in compensation plans, believe me! I have sold makeup, books, vitamins, insurance (for a few days) and so much more. The compensation plan has to be fair for everyone. Do your research. All compensation plans are different, and you want to make sure you’ll get the most for your hard work. Generating immediate income is important if you want to continue with the company.
What products will you be providing to your customers?
I once sold an item that was great and selling like crazy! I was selling about 10 a week, and since this was my first MLM company, I thought that was wonderful! I had a few extra dollars a week and I thought it was the best thing. Once everyone tried the new product, they felt it was too expensive and they didn’t fall in love with it. I had two or three people that loved it, but the rest of my customers just thought it was okay. Then the company changed the formula on the product and my customers were done with it all together. Sure, there were other products, but that was their number one product, and all of the other stuff was easier to get at a drug or a department store.

Since I’ve been in a few network marketing companies, I have had my fair share of team members. I’ve had small teams, large teams, all girl teams, and some teams where I didn’t even know my upline. I didn’t realize that when I joined a team, I would need a great support system. I would love a product and just join. I wanted everyone I knew to try this wonderful product I found, and I knew that when they tried it, they would love it. But the truth was, that other people didn’t care. And without a great support system, there was no one there helping me. It’s safe to say that I have found all of the things that I have been looking for here.
